Assertiveness training for women
Pursue your goals and set your boundaries
Many female academics place extremely high demands on themselves and tend to underestimate their own achievements and successes. The resulting self-doubt and insecurities are constant companions for many women. It can therefore be very challenging to develop a stable self-confidence and assertiveness in competitive fields such as science and business.
However, this is essential, for example, for actively shaping important discussions, for managing employees or for networking during the coffee break at a conference.
This seminar therefore focuses on strengthening inner stability and improving the ability to stand up convincingly for yourself and your personal interests. This also includes being able to defend your own boundaries „loudly“ and clearly, if necessary.
